    24 training days | € 3,910

    27 training days | € 4.315
  • Module 3: Well-being practice

The modular training structure allows for a flexible training schedule, adapted to the life situation and time possibilities of the participant. We are happy to advise you!

Module 1: Nutrition and Health Trainer
In Ayurveda, a balanced diet that is appropriate to the constitution is considered an essential building block for bringing the physical and mental constitution into balance. You will learn to use the effects of spices and foods according to your type and to accompany your clients according to the principles of Ayurvedic lifestyle. In addition, you will receive valuable impulses for your own lifestyle as well as for your nutrition and cooking.
The module Nutrition and Health Trainer can also be booked separately:
To the training Ayurveda Nutrition and Health Trainer

Module 2: Ayurveda Massage
In this module you will develop the ability to perform traditional massage and oil application with hand and heart. A variety of demonstrations and practical exercises with corrections will teach you how to apply Ayurvedic massage techniques precisely, sensitively and according to type. In addition, you will acquire profound knowledge about the philosophy, healing science and constitutional theory of Ayurveda, which will give you a holistic understanding of the applications.

In a modified form, the massage module can also be booked by lateral entrants without prior knowledge of Ayurveda. The training then corresponds to the Birsteiner model. Please note that attending the massage module alone does not entitle you to practice a trade in Austria. In this case you can only use your competences in Ayurvedic massage privately, unless you are authorized to practice massage as a member of a health profession.

Module 3: Well-Being Practice
The Well-Being Practice module adds knowledge of Ayurvedic psychology and diagnosis to your already acquired Ayurvedic competencies. You will also learn strategies for successful practice management.

People without previous medical knowledge additionally take part in an e-learning course, which teaches you the basics of traditional medicine in 100 hours. The online course is offered in cooperation with our partner EPWA.

The final exam includes a practice case documentation, a written exam and a supervised project presentation. To be eligible for the exam, students must demonstrate the following:
